Eat to life or life to eat?

This is the question come from my secondary chemistry's teacher. Of course, there are many student were answer life to eat for those who like to eat. In fact, the answer should be eat to life. We need to be healthy for maintain our life. To maintain our life, we must know how to eat healthy. Eat plenty of fresh vegetables. The darker the color, the more vitamins and minerals it contains. It also means the vegetable is a great source of antioxidants. In addition to dark green vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, the orange-colored veggies are great choices, including sweet potatoes, carrots and squash. Choose healthy fats. Yes, you read right: fats. Healthy fats are an important part of a healthful diet. Try olive oil, avocados, nuts and fish, such as salmon for omega-3 fatty acids. Look for foods containing whole grains, such as whole wheat, barley, millet and oats. Whole-wheat pastas may take some getting used to, but your body will benefit from not eating refined grains such as white flour. And instead of the boxed variety of breakfast cereals, try old-fashioned oatmeal or brown rice. Enjoy the sweetness of fresh fruit. Even canned or frozen fruits are good, but fresh is always best. Try to find organic fruits if you choose fruits with thin skin or you choose to eat the skin, such as with strawberries, apples, berries and pears. Drink low-fat or skim milk, which contains calcium and vitamin D. Try to find organic milk or a brand that doesn't contain bovine growth hormones. Cheese and yogurt are also good sources of dairy. Include protein in your diet, such as eggs, meat, beans and nuts. Limit your intake of red meats, since they contain a high amount of saturated fats. Fish and chicken are good choices of meat protein.
